Melted butterInstructions
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix first five ingredients; allow dough to rise 15 minutes. Roll and shape into pretzel twists.
Combine 2 cups hot water and baking soda; dip pretzels in mixture. Drain on paper towels. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with pretzel salt. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Dip in melted butter.
