Peach Ladyfinger Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages no-bake cheesecake mix
  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package ladyfingers (25 cookies)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups cold milk, divided
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup peach glaze
  • Instructions


    In a bowl, combine contents of crust mix from both no-bake cheesecake packages with butter and sugar. Press in bottom of spring-form pan. Arrange ladyfingers around edge of pan.
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Gradually add remaining milk and continue beating until smooth. Add contents of filling mix from packages. Beat three minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Chill at least one hour. Mix peaches with glaze and spread on top. Remove sides of pan.
