Tennessee Caviar

Ingredients

  • 2 (15.5-ounce) cans blackeye peas, drained
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can white hominy, drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes, with skins removed, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 (8-ounce) bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
  • Instructions


    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
