Tennessee Caviar

Ingredients
2 (15.5-ounce) cans blackeye peas, drained
1 (15.5-ounce) can white hominy, drained
2 medium tomatoes, with skins removed, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup parsley
1 (8-ounce) bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
