Hot Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups green hot pepper, chopped
  • 11/2 cups bell pepper, chopped
  • 11/2 cups white vinegar
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1 (6-ounce) bottle fruit pectin

Instructions


Chop pepper with vinegar in blender. Put in a saucepan and add sugar. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Add fruit pectin and allow it to sit for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Pour in hot jars and seal.
