Chocolate Pudding Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 (17½-ounce) package peanut butter cookie mix
• 1 (12-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1¾ cups cold milk
• 1 large package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
• ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare cookie mix dough according to package directions. Press into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Spread over crust. Beat milk and pudding at medium speed for two minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Chill one to two hours.
