Jenni’s Grilled Squash Extravaganza

Ingredients

  • 4 medium summer squash, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
  • 4 tomatoes, thick-sliced
  • 1 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 dashes of salt
  • 3 dashes of pepper
  • 2 dashes of Creole seasoning

Instructions


Combine all ingredients and place in aluminum foil. Fold up sides of foil over
vegetables, and grill for 45 minutes.
