Green Peas and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (16-ounce) can green peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Instructions


Roll each biscuit out very thin; cut each in three strips. Bring broth to a boil in a 4-quart deep saucepan over medium high heat. Drop in biscuit strips. Reduce heat to medium; cover and boil for five minutes. Stir in peas. Add butter and seasoned salt. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until dumplings are tender.
