Peanut Butter Buckeyes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 31/2 to 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cake paraffin
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag chocolate chips

Instructions


Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan. Pour into a bowl and add peanut butter and confectioners sugar; mix together well. Mix in Rice Krispies. Form mixture into little balls. Meanwhile, melt paraffin and chocolate chips in top of a double boiler. Dunk the peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to cool.
