Hawaiian Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-grain wheat bread

1/4 cup shredded 2% milk Colby-Jack cheese

2 leaves romaine lettuce

4 thin slices low-sodium deli ham (about 3 ounces)

2 thin slices fresh pineapple or canned pineapple slices, drained

2 red onion slices
-
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions
Toast the bread slices. Top each hot bread slice with one tablespoon cheese.
Divide lettuce, ham, pineapple, and onion between 2 bread slices. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and remaining bread slices.
