3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons honey mustard

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add eggs, black pepper, pickles, onion, bell pepper, and celery. In a medium bowl, combine peaches, pecans, orange juice, red wine vinegar, honey mustard, and oil; stir until well blended. Pour over pasta mixture.
