Honey Carrots

Ingredients
- 6 fresh carrots

4 ounces Sprite, similar soda, or water

2 tablespoons local honey

1 teaspoon butter

Season to taste
Instructions
Peel carrots and cut in small bites about 1/4 inch thick. Heat butter in nonstick skillet. Sauté carrots about 5 minutes; add the Sprite or water. Bring to boil for 1 minute; remove from heat. Pour honey over the carrots, season, and flip over a few times in the pan to fully coat. Yield: Four to six servings.
