1/4 cup powdered sugar

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350ยบ for 12-15 minutes. Melt caramels with 1/4 cup milk over low heat; stir often. Pour over cooled crust and sprinkle with pecans. Stir together chocolate, 1/3 cup milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla over low heat, stirring often. Pour over caramel-pecan filling. Refrigerate and serve with whipped topping.
