Strawberry Soup

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh strawberries
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup dry red wine

Instructions

Blend all ingredients; do not strain. Chill. Stir well before serving in wine glasses or soup bowls. Garnish with dollops of sour cream and fresh strawberries.
