Frozen Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 pound marshmallows, cut in pieces
  • 2 cups thin cream or half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 can frozen lemonade

Instructions


Butter a loaf pan and line with graham cracker crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients
and pour into pan; top with additional graham cracker crumbs and freeze.
Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
