Wash peaches, slice in half, and remove pits. Place 1 clove in the center of each peach half and sprinkle with mint and cinnamon. Melt butter and mix with honey, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Brush each peach with the butter mixture. Place peaches, skin side down, on grill and cook for about 4 minutes. Remove cloves.
Whip cream and 4 ounces of powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Place two halves of a peach on a plate and garnish with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream. Garnish plates with remaining 4 ounces of powdered sugar.
