Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can corn with diced peppers, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes with jalapeƱo peppers
1 bunch green onions, sliced
8 ounces light Italian dressing
Fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
Diced fresh peaches, mango, or pineapple (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate a minimum of four hours. Drain prior to serving.
Serve with corn or tortilla chips or use as an accompaniment to grilled fish.
If desired, add fresh fruit and cilantro immediately before serving.
