Mix reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice in a bowl. Cut bananas, kiwis, peaches, apples, and mangoes in chunks. Alternate fruit on metal or wooden skewers. Place kabobs in a deep dish and pour juice over the top; allow fruit to sit for one hour.
Remove kabobs from juice and place on grill. Grill for 11/2 to 2 minutes on each side.
