Peanut Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed

1/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

1 quart vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press firmly into bottom and sides of
a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until chilled.
Press half of softened ice cream into pie crust. In a small bowl, mix syrup and peanut butter. Drizzle half on softened ice cream and sprinkle half of nuts. Repeat layers. Freeze until firm.
