Fettucine with Peppered Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound fettucine noodles

4-6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Freshly cracked black pepper

Pinch of salt
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook garlic in olive oil over
medium heat until garlic turns a pale gold color. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Drain pasta; pour into serving bowl. Pour garlic sauce over pasta and toss until well coated. Serve warm, with fresh parsley for garnish.
