Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 eggs

¾ cup sugar

1 large can evaporated milk

2 tablespoons cornstarch

¼ stick butter or margarine

1 can cream-style corn

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Instructions
Cream eggs and sugar; add milk and cornstarch. Beat well. Add corn and vanilla;
mix well. Melt butter and pour in bottom of a casserole dish. Add corn mixture and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
The cook says: This recipe is from the Great Depression and World War II. My father dearly loved this wonderful dish.
