Chilled Strawberry Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 quart strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 cups strawberry yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Whipped cream

Instructions


Place strawberries in blender. Add orange juice and blend until smooth. In a bowl,
combine yogurt, sugar, salt, and nutmeg; stir well. Slowly add strawberry mixture, stirring well after each addition. Serve in bowls with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
