Peanut Butter Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup crushed cornflakes
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup smooth or crunchypeanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions


In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of the crushed cornflakes, coconut, peanut butter, and honey. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into 18 portions and shape each into a ball. Roll the balls in the
remaining cornflakes.
Chill nuggets until firm.
The cook says, “These are a great diabetic dessert with each nugget having 75 calories.”
