Savannah’s First United Methodist Church in Hardin County, led by Pastor Joe Rutherford, is prominently located on Main Street, and welcomes all passersby to stop and visit. The church actively supports local ministries such as the Hardin County Senior Center, the Jack Gean Shelters for men and women, the local food pantry, and many others. The congregation meets every week at 10:00 a.m. for Sunday School and 11:00 a.m. for worship.
