Appetizers - White Chocolate Frosting



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (4-ounce) white chocolate baking bar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) and 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 cups powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt white chocolate bar. Cool 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until combined. Beat in chocolate. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
