Thai Peanut Dip

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil or peanut oil

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon (or to taste) crushed red pepper flakes

1 clove garlic, pressed

1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Minced fresh cilantro (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS |
Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and oil in a medium mixing bowl until blended. Add honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Spoon into a small serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with assorted bite-size vegetables. |
