Appetizers -
Calico Corn Salsa

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 (15 ounce) cans corn, drained

2 (16 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed

1 green pepper, diced
-
1 onion, diced
-
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped
-
2 tomatoes, chopped
-
1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
-
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Toss mixture gently before serving. Serves 8 to 10. |
