Mexican Cheese Soup

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup chopped onion

4 cups diced potatoes

4 chicken bouillon cubes

1 can cream of chicken soup
-
1 quart water
-
1/2 pound mild, Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
-
1/2 pound American cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine first five ingredients; cook until tender. Remove from heat. Add cheeses. Stir until smooth and cheeses are melted. |
