Salads -
Cranberry-Chicken Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS |
- • 8 ounces dried cavatappi pasta or other desired shape

• 2 tablespoons sugar

• 3/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
• 1 tablespoon dried celery flakes
-
• 1 tablespoon dried
-
parsley flakes
-
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds
-
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries, whole or pieces
-
• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
-
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
• Additional almonds, cranberries, or fresh parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS |
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool. Combine next six ingredients and set aside while pasta cools. Combine all ingredients, stirring well, adding extra mayonnaise if needed. Cool in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Garnish with additional almonds, fresh parsley, or cranberries. |
