INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds pork sausage,

unseasoned

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon minced garlic

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar
-
½ small cabbage head
-
1 carrot
-
½ onion
-
¼ cup water
-
3 packages won ton wrappers

INSTRUCTIONS |
Fry sausage with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Cool; drain well. Shred cabbage, carrot, and onion very fine. Mix with sausage and ΒΌ cup water. Form into almond-size balls. Place one ball in each won ton wrapper and fold. Fry in hot oil until brown. |
