Soups - Cabbage Won Tons



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds pork sausage,
  • unseasoned
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ small cabbage head
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ onion
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 packages won ton wrappers

INSTRUCTIONS
Fry sausage with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Cool; drain well.
Shred cabbage, carrot, and onion very fine. Mix with sausage and ΒΌ cup water. Form into almond-size balls. Place one ball in each won ton wrapper and fold. Fry in hot oil until brown.
