Poultry and Eggs - Wrapped Herb Chicken



INGREDIENTS
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 teaspoons onion powder
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350° F. Place each chicken breast on an individual square of aluminum foil.

Top each breast with 1/2 tablespoon chives, 1/2 tablespoon tarragon, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Fold over foil to make a sealed packet. Bake chicken for 30 minutes.
