Wrapped Herb Chicken

INGREDIENTS |
- 6 boneless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons chives

3 tablespoons tarragon

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

6 teaspoons onion powder

6 tablespoons butter
-
6 tablespoons fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS |
Heat oven to 350° F. Place each chicken breast on an individual square of aluminum foil.
Top each breast with 1/2 tablespoon chives, 1/2 tablespoon tarragon, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Fold over foil to make a sealed packet. Bake chicken for 30 minutes. |
