Spiced Cranberry Cider

Ingredients

  • 1 quart apple cider
  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 3/4 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions


Bring first six ingredients to a boil in large kettle, stirring often. Reduce heat and
simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Remove spices and lemon. Garnish, if desired, with cinnamon sticks.
Yield: 7 cups
