Savory Ham and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried savory
  • 1/4 pound (1 cup) grated processed sharp American cheese

Instructions


Break cauliflower into florets; cook until tender-crisp. Drain.
Heat oven to 350°. Combine soup and milk in 10-x-6-x-2-inch baking dish. Fold in cauliflower, ham, savory, and cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
Yield: four servings.
