Ingredients
- 4 trout filets, halved

1 cup milk

3/4 cup oat bran

4 tablespoons cholesterol-free margarine, melted

1/2 cup roasted almonds
Instructions
Soak trout in milk for an hour before cooking; drain.
Combine oat bran and melted margarine in a bowl. Dredge trout pieces in oat bran
