Mandarin Snowflake Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Frosting:
  • 1 (9-ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • Instructions


    Combine all cake ingredients; mix for two minutes. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
    For frosting, combine topping, pineapple, 1/2 cup coconut, and pudding mix. Frost cake and sprinkle with remaining coconut. Refrigerate.
    Note: Cake can be baked in round layers and frosted between and around.
