Maple Syrup Rub

Ingredients

• 1 cup maple syrup
• 1 cup hot sauce
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and rub on any kind of meat for the last 30 minutes of baking time. If grilling, rub on both sides of meat for the last 10 minutes of grilling time, turning once.
