2 cups hot cooked brown or white riceInstructions
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over high heat. Add ginger and garlic; stir one minute or until fragrant.
Add broccoli and red pepper; stir-fry for two minutes. Add shrimp, broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook, stirring often, four to five minutes or until shrimp is cooked thoroughly.
Serve over rice.
Yield: Four servings.
