Grilled Chicken L’Orange

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 cup pulp-free orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 piece crystalized ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions


Mix ingredients to make marinade and pour over chicken. Turn occasionally over a four- to six-hour period. Drain.
Grill chicken over medium heat, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until center of thickest part of chicken is done.
Yield: Four servings.
