Brown pork chops in oil in skillet. Remove to greased shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, water, celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, dry mustard, salt, and pepper in bowl. Mix well.
Pour sauce over chops. Bake, covered, at 350° F for 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Yields four servings.
