Lacrosse Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pounds ground beef

6 dill pickle spears

1 (1/4-pound) box processed cheese (like Velveeta)

Salt and pepper to taste

Hot dog buns

Fixings of your choice: Chili sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, diced onion
Instructions
Divide ground beef into six equal parts; pat into oblong patties. Cut cheese into six long sticks. Place cheese sticks and pickle spear on top of each patty. Roll meat up around the cheese and pickle, making sure to press the seams well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
