Baked Nuts ‘n’ Berries Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-x-9-x-2-inch) pan cornbread, cooled and crumbled
  • 6 cups white bread cubes
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Instructions


Combine cornbread, bread cubes, nuts, and poultry seasoning. Stir in cranberry
sauce, butter, and egg; toss lightly. Bake in a three-quart casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
Yield: 2 1/2 quarts dressing.
