Cheerios Peanut Butter Swirls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup shredded or flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups Cheerios cereal
  • 1 (5.75-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions


In medium-sized bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, coconut, and corn syrup. Stir in
Cheerios. Shape mixture into 11/2-inch balls; flatten slightly. In a saucepan, heat chocolate chips in water, stirring constantly, until melted; cool.
Dip top of balls in chocolate and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
Yield: Two dozen.
