Crustless Low-Carb Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1/8 cup Splenda sugar substitute (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Frozen whole strawberries (no sugar added)

Instructions


Mix cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth. Add Splenda and vanilla. Pour into a shallow container and chill.
Slightly thaw desired amount of strawberries and slice. Sweeten with Splenda to taste. Place on top of cheesecake.
