Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons olive juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green olives, drained and chopped (reserve juice)
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions


In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; beat on high with an electric mixer until blended. Add 2 teaspoons olive juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add black pepper and olives. Add pecans and mix well. Chill for two to four hours. Serve with crackers.
