Indian Summer Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 egg

1/2 cup milk

2 slices whole wheat bread

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1/2 cup light cream (half-and-half)

2 tablepoons honey

1 ripe pear
Instructions
Beat egg and milk; soak bread slices in mixture. Melt butter in a shallow non-stick
pan and grill bread slices on both sides.
Blend honey and cream until frothy. Slice pear in thin slices and arrange on grilled bread. Drizzle with honey mixture.
Yield: One to two servings.
