Polar Star Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb. white chocolate
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup rice crispies
• 11/4 cup peanuts (unsalted)
• 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

Melt chocolate according to directions. Add remaining ingredients to the melted chocolate and mix well. Drop a teaspoonful of the mixture on wax paper that has been placed on a cookie sheet. Cool in refrigerator. Store at room temperature.
