Chili and Beans

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup tomato juice
2 tbsps. chili powder
2 (15 oz.) cans hot chili beans
2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
Instructions
Brown ground beef, stirring to crumble. Drain the grease and stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
