Sparkling Summer Sipper

Ingredients

  • 1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 32 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 (2-liter) bottle 7-up or ginger ale

Instructions


Combine juices and chill. Add carbonated beverage immediately before serving. Pour over ice ring or ice cubes made of lemonade.

May be served from a punch bowl or mixed as needed for individual glasses. Makes
14 (8-ounce) glasses or 28 punch cups.

Note: Recipe is easily adapted for diabetics by using pineapple juice with no sugar added, cranberry juice with Nutrasweet, and diet 7-up or ginger ale.
