Classic Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. or 16 squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened, condensed milk
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions


Line an 8-inch square pan with foil. Microwave chocolate milk on high for 2 to 3 minutes until melted, stirring frequently. Mix in vanilla and nuts and spread evenly into pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Lift foil out of pan and cut fudge into pieces. For softer fudge, let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. The fudge will store in refrigerator for up to a week.
