Pecan Chip Tube Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. of yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant
  • pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions


In a mixing bowl, mix the first five ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes on low speed. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray, then pour half of the mixture into the pan. Take half of the pecans and half of the chocolate chips and sprinkle over the batter. Add the remaining batter and top it with the other half of pecans and chips. Bake on 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan before turning out.
