Add all dry ingredients into food processor and grind until fine powder. Add butter to mixture in processor and pulse a few times. Transfer mixture to a bowl and add cold water. Mix with a spoon until a rough dough forms. Press into ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Unwrap and roll out between two sheets of parchment paper to desired thickness. Note: they do not rise much in the oven, so layer the dough to your desired thickness before baking. Cut out biscuits and bake in a preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
